摘 要:研究了尘埃芽孢杆菌、荧光假单孢菌和青霉对磷矿粉中磷的溶解能力,结果表明,该三种菌株均显著促进了磷矿粉的溶解,磷的浸出率最高可达6.7%,其中青霉的溶磷能力要强于尘埃芽孢杆菌和荧光假单孢菌。磷矿粉用量越低,磷的浸出率越高。随着培养时间增加,磷的浸出率逐渐升高,pH逐渐下降,但培养15d后,磷的浸出率和pH不再明显变化。另外,碳源质量分数对培养液中磷的浸出率也有影响,质量分数过高或过低均会降低磷的浸出率。<Abstrcat>The solubilization of rock phosphate with three strains of Bacillus pulvifaciens, Pseudomonas fluorescens and Penicillium sp was investigated respectively. The result showed that the solubilization of rock phosphate was promoted in culture medium, and the highest of the ratio of phosphate leaching was 6.7%. The capacity of rock phosphate dissolving of Penicillium sp. was better than that of Bacillus pulvifaciens and Pseudomonas fluorescens. The lower the content of rock phosphate was, the higher the ratio of phosphorus leaching was. The ratio of phosphate leaching and pH increased gradually with the culture time, but when culture time was more than fifteen days, they no longer changed obviously. Moreover, the ratio of phosphate leaching was also affected by the content of carbon source, if it was too high or too low, the ratio of phosphate leaching would decrease.
