New Progress on Catalytic Technology of Polypropylene Worldwide

摘  要:阐述了肖今世界聚丙烯(PP)Ziegler-Natta(Z-N)催化剂已发展到第五代,茂金属和单活性中心(SSC)催化剂技术使PP产品性能显著改进,并进一步扩大了PP的应用领域,非茂金属催化剂的开发也相当活跃发展。我国自行开发的PP高效催化剂有N系列、CS系列、DQ球形系列、YS系列催化剂和ND催化剂等。PP催化剂的发展必将进一步推动了PP生产工艺和产品的技术进步,但我国在PP催化剂研发方面与国外相比还存在较大的差距,对今后我国PP催化剂工业的发展提出了建议。The catalyst for polypropylene production has already developed to the fifth generation. The metallocene and single-site center (SSC) catalyst have improved the PP product performance remarkably,and hence expanded the PP application domain. The non-metallocene catalyst's research works have also been developed quite actively. The self-developed domestic PP catalyst with high effective performances has N series, CS series, DQ sphere series, YS series catalysts, ND catalyst, etc.The PP catalyst's development will certainly impel the PP technology and product to a further advancement, yet there are still big gaps on R&D existed at home and obroad. Suggestions for the issue have been put forward by the authors.
