梅花磁针综合疗法治疗前列腺增生症149例

摘　　要：目的观察梅花磁针综合疗法治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床效果。方法BPH患者219例,按随机原则分为治疗组149例,采用穴位点压、梅花磁针和增效垫贴敷前列腺反射区、双中骨翏穴、颈1穴、颈7穴、命门、涌泉等穴治疗;对照组70例,特拉唑嗪盐酸盐(高特灵)片2mg/次,口服,每日2次。疗程均为4个星期,1个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组显效率63.3%,总有效率91.8%;对照组无显效病例,总有效率72.7%,两者比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论梅花磁针综合疗法治疗BPH疗效满意,是一种安全有效的新疗法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of magnetic plum-blossom needle composite treatment for benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Two hundred and ninety BPH patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 149 cases was treated by point pressing,magnetic plum-blossom needle tapping and application of potentiating pad to the prostate reflex area,bilateral points Zhongliao,point neck 1,point neck 2,Mingmen and Yongquan;the control group of 70 case was treated by oral administration of Terazosin (Hytrin) 2 mg twice daily.The course of treatment was 4 weeks in the both.The efficacy was evaluated after 1 course of treatment.Results The marked efficacy rate and the total efficacy rate were 63.3% and 91.8%,respectively,in the treatment group.The total efficacy rate,not containing cases with marked effectiveness,was 72.7% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Magnetic plum-blossom needle composite treatment has a marked effect on BPH and it is a new safe and effective treatment for BPH.
