摘　　要：本文针对目前高科技企业技术知识管理研究的不足以及缺少其他理论依托的现状,尝试运用生态学原理来指导高科技企业技术知识管理。文章阐述了采用这种研究方法的科学性和可行性,分析了技术知识管理的生态特征,以及生态系统和技术知识管理系统之间的本质联系,提出了生态学各项原理在技术知识管理中运用的思路和框架。Aiming at shortage of research for techno-knowledge management of high-tech enterprises and shortage of theory support, author tries to research techno-knowledge management on the basis of ecology theory. In this article, author elaborates correctness and feasibility about the way, and also analyzes ecological characters of techno-knowledge management and essential relation between ecosystem and techno-knowledge management system, and brings forward thought and frame of research.
