摘  要:采用苗期分小种和成株期混合优势小种法测定了黄淮麦区2 2 7份小麦品种和种质材料对小麦条锈菌的抗病性,结果表明,被测品种在苗期对4个条锈菌生理小种的抗病性有很大的差异,抗条中2 7、30、31、2 9号小种的品种分别占被测品种总数的93.0 0 %、72 .6 9%、6 4 .76 %和6 1.6 7% .成株期用6个菌株混合接种测定选出抗病品种76个,占33.4 8% ,其中免疫的为4 0个,占17.6 2 % .通过对2 2 7份小麦品种资源材料的苗期分小种鉴定及与成株期混合优势小种鉴定结果比较,筛选出了成株期和苗期均抗病的品种4 8个,占被测品种总数的2 1.14 % ;成株期抗病苗期感病的品种30个,占被测品种总数的13.2 2 % .wheat varieties and germplasms from the wheat production regions located in the reaches of Yellow River and the Huaihe River were inoculated with individual races in the seedling period or with mixed races in te adult period to study their resistances to stripe rust,and their resistances to four races were found to differ greatly in the seedling period,the varieties resistant to the races CY27,CY30,CY31 and CY29 accounting for 93.00%,72.69%,64.76%,and 61.67% of all the tested varieties,respectively.The inoculation with six mixed races in the adult period identified 76 resistant varieties which covered 33.48 % of all the tested varieties and forty of which were immune accounting for 17.69% of all the tested varieties.The inoculations of the 227 varieties and gemplams with the individual races in the seedling period or the mixed races in the adult period identified forty eight varieties resistant to all the tested races,which accounting for 21.14% of all the tested varieties,and 30 varieties suseceptible in the seedling period,which accounted for 13.22% of all the tested varieties.
