超声引导介入性治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿76例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨普通非穿刺探头超声引导下,经皮穿刺介入性治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿的疗效与价值。方法观察76例患者87个子宫内膜异位囊肿经普通非穿刺探头超声引导穿刺无水乙醇治疗后超声图像的变化,评价其治疗效果。结果87个囊肿治疗后78个囊肿消失,9个囊肿明显缩小,有效率100%,治愈率89.7%(78/87)。9例不孕者,治疗后2例受孕。结论普通探头超声引导经皮穿刺无水乙醇治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿是简便、安全及有效的治疗手段,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the effective value of interventional therapy of endometrial cyst under the ultrasonic guidance with conventional probe.Methods The sonograms,before and after ultrasound guided interventional therapy of eight-seven endometrial cysts in 76 patients were analysed and compared.Results After therapy,seventy-eight cysts disappeared and nine with infertility were decreased remarkably.The cure rate was 89.7%(78/87)and the total effective rate,100%.Two cases in the nine infertility were pregnant.Conclusions Ultrasound with conventional probe guided percutaneous ethanol injection therapy of endometrial cysts is an effective and simple method.
