口服超声造影剂强回声型在胃壁肿块诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨口服超声造影剂强回声型在胃壁肿块诊断中的价值。方法采用“胃窗声学造影剂”充盈检查法,用凸阵探头与线阵高频探头相结合,对1150名患者经腹壁超声检查。结果超声显示胃壁肿块62例,良性肿块5例,恶性肿瘤57例。结论超声造影剂能消除胃腔气体干扰及声学伪像,延长胃十二指肠的超声显像时间,明显提高胃壁肿块显示率,具有临床实用价值。Objective To evaluate the value of cont rast enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastric wall masses. Methods A total of 1 150 patients were studied with linea r scan and sector scan with“oral ultrasonic contrast agent”. Results Sixty-two gastric wall mass cases were detected. Among them,5 cases had benigh masses and 57 cases malignant. Conclusions Contrast agent enhanced ultrasound can elimin ate the gas interference in the stomach,to prolong the displaying time of the st omach and duodenum,and to improve the demonstration rate of the gastric wall mas ses.This method is valuable in clinical.
