摘　　要：目的:探讨修复鼻部缺损的最佳方法及手术注意事项。方法:选择129例鼻部外伤后缺损患者,利用耳廓复合组织块移植修复鼻部缺损,观察其临床效果。结果:93%以上病人鼻部缺损得以修复且外形明显改观,并发症较少。结论:耳廓复合组织块移植是修复鼻部缺损的较好方法。Objictive:scussion repair nose department damage best method and surgery matters needing attention.
