山东省竞技体育人力资源现状与开发对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、统计法,从"国内体育竞技能力"、"洲际体育竞技能力"、"国际体育竞技能力"三个层面,分析山东省竞技体育的实力现状;从数量和质量两个维度探讨山东竞技体育人力资源的优势和存在的问题,提出开发竞技体育人力资源的策略。<Abstrcat>By the methods of documentation,questionnaire,interview and statistics,this paper analyses the shortcoming of status quo of human resource of athletic sports in Shandong Province at the different visual angles of ability of sports contest in China,ability of sports contest in Asia,ability of sports contest in the world.It puts forward the countermeasures to exploit human resource of athletic sports.
