摘 要:为了观察低氧暴露对急性常氧运动后机体自由基代谢的影响。对8名男性受试者以75%V·O2max强度蹬功率自行车1h后,分别在低氧(15.4%O2)和常氧环境中休息30min,测定运动前、运动后即刻和运动后30min红细胞和血清中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和还原型谷光苷肽(GSH)的含量。结果显示:运动后即刻,红细胞MDA和血清GSH含量较运动前有显著升高,血清MDA、SOD和红细胞SOD无显著变化;运动后常氧恢复30min,红细胞MDA还处于高水平,但GSH恢复到运动前水平。运动后低氧30min恢复,红细胞MDA和血清GSH还是高于运动前水平,且血清GSH较运动后即刻还要高。结论:常氧运动后低氧暴露不利于体内自由基的恢复。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of hypoxic exposure on free radicals after acute exercise. 8 male students cycled for one hour at 75% V·O2max, and then rested at hypoxia (15.4%O2) or normoxia for 30 min, respectively. SOD, MDA and GSH in RBC and serum were determined before, immediately, and 30 min after exercise. The results can be concluded as follows: 1) acute exercise induced the increases in RBC MDA and serum GSH significantly, but no effects on serum MDA、SOD, and RBC SOD; 2) after exercise for 30 min at normoxia, RBC MDA was still at a higher level, but serum GSH returned to the level similar to that before exercise; 3) after exercise for 30 min at hypoxia, RBC MDA and serum GSH were still significantly higher than those before exercise, moreover, serum GSH was more higher than that immediately after exercise. Conclusion Hypoxic exposure had negative effects on the recovery of free radicals after exercise.
