摘　　要：介绍了单光子计数的基本原理和测试方法,报道了我们研制的日盲微通道板(MCP)光电倍增管的单光子计数特性。The basic principle of the single photon counting is introduced.The detect method is discussed.The single photon counting performance of the solar-blind microchan- nel plate photoelectron multiplier tube made in our laboratory is presented.
