摘　　要：论述了富余铯原子对 Cs_2Te 光电阴极阈波长的影响。采用碲处理方法,有效地减小了 Cs_2Te 光电阴极工艺过程中出现的由富余铯原子造成的可见光响应。该方法简单、有效,有一定的使用价值。The threshold wavelength variance of Cs_2Te solar-blind photocathode caused by excess Cs was studied.The Te treatment that deduced the effect of visible re- sponse caused by excess Cs was used in Cs_2Te photocathode processing.It is particularly suitable for the fabrication of Cs_2Te solar-blind photocathode.
