摘  要:目的探讨直接数字化X线摄影(DDR)的双能量减影(dual-energysubtraction)技术在儿童鼾症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对76例儿童鼾症患者进行DDR双能量减影检查,同时做鼻咽部平片和CT扫描,并与手术病理结果进行对照。结果DDR双能量减影能清晰显示鼻咽部气道,在导致儿童鼾症常见的腺样体肥大、扁桃体肥大的诊断中,DDR双能量减影对病灶的显示明显优于普通平片。结论DDR双能量减影技术能有效去除周围骨组织影像对气道的重叠,使气道显示更为清晰,对气道狭窄情况的判断更为准确,便于进行鼻咽部气道的测量,能为临床医生提供更精确的术前估计。Objective To research into the clinic value of direct di gi tal radiography (DDR) with dual energy subtraction for diagnosing children′ s snoring disease caused by tonsil and adenoid vegetation. Methods Seventy six children with snoring disease underwent the examinations of DDR with dual ener gy subtraction technique,at the same time,all children underwent the conventiona l plain film examinations and CT scans of nasopharyngeal part. The imaging findi ngs of snoring disease were compared with intraoperative and pathologic findings . Results DDR with dual energy subtraction technique was obviously superior t o conventional X ray examination on displaying the stenosis of nasopharyngeal airway. Conclusion DDR with dual energy subtraction technique can eliminate ef ficiently the influence of bone tissue shadows and show pathological changes mor e clearly through multiple postprocessing technique so that the airway of nasoph arynx can be displayed clearly. The application of this technique is benefit to measure the airway and to estimate the stenosed degrees of the airway and theref ore it is very important for guiding the clinical therapy.
