摘　　要：研究了测量聚合物光纤径向折射率分布的相移干涉法,建立了数学模型,分析了测量误差的来源及影响,为能准确测得聚合物光纤的折射率分布提供了保证。<Abstrcat>The method measuring radial refraction ratio distribution of polymer optical fiber by phase-shifting interferometry is studied. The mathematical model is set up. The error of system is analysized in detail, in order to make out the precise refraction ratio distribution.
