摘  要:电光效应是LiNbO3光波导的重要特性。但质子交换对LiNbO3光波导的电光系数γ33有较大的损失,当经过一定时间的退火处时后,其值得到一定程度的恢复。采用相位检测法,测量电光系数γ33值。分别对质子交换和退火后的LiNbO3光波导进行测试。并用对测试结果进行了分析,得出了合理的结论。<Abstrcat>Electro-optic effects are important characteristics of LiNbO_3 optical waveguides. However, the proton-exchanged (PE) processes induced severe degradation of the coefficient γ_(33) in LiNbO_3 optical waveguides. When they have been annealed (APE), the values have been obtained some recovery in periods of time. In this paper, by using the method of phase detection, the value of γ_(33) was measured. Measurements were made to PE and APE LiNbO_3 optical waveguides, respectively. In addition, measuring results were analysised and rational conclusions were educed.
