摘 要:目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)血液渗透间隙(OG)与阴离子间隙(AG)的特点。方法:测定60例HIE患儿的血清电解质、血糖、尿素氮及血清渗透压,计算AG与OG,据此分析HIE患儿AG与OG的特点。结果:60例患儿中,39例AG>16mmol/L,占65%;49例OG>10mosm/(kg·H2O),占81.67%,5例OG>43mosm/(kg·H2O),占8.3%;8例死亡儿治疗前后血OG差异无显著性。结论:HIE患儿以高AG性代谢性酸中毒为特点。同时,由于乳酸等内源性物质浓度增高,血OG同步增高。动态观察血AG、OG的变化,能反应病情的转归,对疗效观察及预后判断有一定的参考价值。Objective To investigate the characteristic of blood osmolal gaps (OG) and anion gaps(AG) of hypoxicischemic encepalopathy(HIE) in neonatesMethods The serum electrolytes,blood sugar,urea nitrogen and osmotis pressure of 60 neonates with HIE were examined,and calculated AG and OG,analyzed the characteristics of AG and OG in neonates with HIEResults In 60 neonates with HIE,39 casesAG >16 mmol/L,being 65%;49 casesOG >10 mosm/(kg·H2O),being 8167%,5 cases >43 mosm/(kg·H2O),being 83%;before and after the treatment,the OG of 8 death neonates have not the obvious differenceConclusion HIE patients are characterized by the high AG metabolic acidosisAt the same time,because the increase degree of material of inside body of lactic acid,etc,The blood OG synchronously increases higherContinuously observation the change of blood AG and OG can respond lapse to state of an illness,and having certain reference value for effect and prognosis estimate
