摘  要:目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)血液渗透间隙(OG)与阴离子间隙(AG)的特点。方法:测定60例HIE患儿的血清电解质、血糖、尿素氮及血清渗透压,计算AG与OG,据此分析HIE患儿AG与OG的特点。结果:60例患儿中,39例AG>16mmol/L,占65%;49例OG>10mosm/(kg·H2O),占81.67%,5例OG>43mosm/(kg·H2O),占8.3%;8例死亡儿治疗前后血OG差异无显著性。结论:HIE患儿以高AG性代谢性酸中毒为特点。同时,由于乳酸等内源性物质浓度增高,血OG同步增高。动态观察血AG、OG的变化,能反应病情的转归,对疗效观察及预后判断有一定的参考价值。Objective To investigate the characteristic of blood osmolal gaps (OG) and anion gaps(AG) of hypoxicischemic encepalopathy(HIE) in neonatesMethods The serum electrolytes,blood sugar,urea nitrogen and osmotis pressure of 60 neonates with HIE were examined,and calculated AG and OG,analyzed the characteristics of AG and OG in neonates with HIEResults In 60 neonates with HIE,39 casesAG >16 mmol/L,being 65%;49 casesOG >10 mosm/(kg·H2O),being 8167%,5 cases >43 mosm/(kg·H2O),being 83%;before and after the treatment,the OG of 8 death neonates have not the obvious differenceConclusion HIE patients are characterized by the high AG metabolic acidosisAt the same time,because the increase degree of material of inside body of lactic acid,etc,The blood OG synchronously increases higherContinuously observation the change of blood AG and OG can respond lapse to state of an illness,and having certain reference value for effect and prognosis estimate
