摘  要:应用相变增韧、相变-晶须复合及相变-颗粒复合等方式对氧化铝陶瓷进行增强。通过基体材料与复合材料强韧性的对比及断口微观分析,研究了各材料的断裂特点及不同增韧方式的增韧机理与效果。Transformation toughening,whisker reinforcement and particle toughening are jointlyused to reimforce alumina ceramics;The fracture behavior and toughening mechanism of thecomposites are studied by comparing the mechanical properties and carrying out fracture mi-croanalysis On the basis of transformation toughening,the addition of whisker can substan-tially improve the toughness,but the strength remains nearly unchanged and the addition ofparticles can simultaneously improve both the toughness-and strength to a certain extent.The mechanism of joint transformation-whisker toughening is not just a simple superpositionof the two;Rather,they do interact on each other and may give a result of improved tough-ening under certain conditions. The fining of grain in matrix caused by the addition of thesecondary phase is a reason for the improvement of composite properties.
