摘　　要：在第三代移动通信系统(3G)的通信协议中,由于引入了无线承载(Rad io Bearer)的概念,使得系统的通信协议能够很好地同时满足传统话音和未来高速数据传输要求。以我国提出的3G标准TD-SCDMA无线接入系统终端为例,在介绍无线承载管理基本过程的同时,也介绍了如何根据协议原理在实际开发中使用SDL工具和C语言实现无线承载管理。In the 3rd generation mobile telecommunication protocols, owing to radio bears concept used, this not only makes 3G system more satisfy the requirement of traditional voice and future fast speed data service, but also makes it possible to provide various and colorful multi-media service. This paper uses the radio bear management of TD-SCDMA UE side as an example to introduce the basic procedures of radio bear managements and provide the approach to realize them with general development of C language under SDL development environment according to requirement of protocols.
