摘　　要：本文通过中美两国主要农产品成本结构差异对竞争的影响分析,揭示了转变农业生产方式的深层原因和重要意义,从而阐明在我国必须采取全方位的财政和金融信贷政策,加快农业生产资本积累,促进农业机械和科技的应用,改进农业生产方式,增强我国粮食产品的国际竞争优势。Based on the analysis of the effects on the competitive power imposed by the difference between the cost structure of agriculture products of two countries, this paper has exposed profound reasons and significance of shifting the agricultural production methods, hence, this paper has revealed necessity of the adoption of overall reform of financial and credit policies, the acceleration of capital accumulation for agricultural production, the promotion of application of farming machinery and modern technology, the change of agricultural production approaches and strengthening the competitive power of agricultural products in the international market.
