浙江省乡镇工业用地规划建设的若干问题

摘　　要：针对近些年以来浙江省乡镇工业用地的开发建设,从乡镇工业的区域分布、土地资源利用、对小城镇形态的影响和工业用地的规划设计等几个方面提出和分析了目前较为普遍存在的问题;提出了加强对乡镇工业用地规划建设的科学指导、合理行使行政功能发挥政府的调控指导作用和重视乡镇工业用地的规划设计增强建设管理力度等初步对策。This paper presents and analyzes some common problems in the development of township industrial park in Zhejiang province. Four perspectives, i.e. distribution of township industries, land use, morphology of towns and the planning of industrial park, are emphasized. Suggestions such as strengthening the scientific guidance on planning, ex- ercising the macro-control of government, promoting the quality of planning and design, and improving the administration of township industrial parks are proposed.
