摘  要:针对湛江电厂3号锅炉燃烧不稳定、经常出现灭火或炉膛负压大幅度摆动的现象,从多个方面进行了原因分析,认为:煤种的不稳定是根本因素,但设备的缺陷、燃烧调整不合理也是不容忽视的因素。提出了在煤种变化频繁的状况无法改变的情况下,通过对设备缺陷处理,燃烧的优化调整使燃烧趋于稳定的措施,并在实践中取得了较好的效果。An analysis is made from multiple aspects in view of the unstable combustion, frequent flame failures and violent hunting of furnace negative pressure in Unit 3 boiler in Zhanjiang Power Plant. It arrives at a conclusion that the frequent change of coal types is the root cause, while the defects in equipments and the irrationality in combustion regulation can not be ignored either. The frequent variation of coal types being unavoidable at present, it is suggested that the combustion be stabilized through equipment defect treatment and combustion optimization, and satisfactory results are obtained in practice.
