抗瘾健口服液的一般药理作用、药效学及毒性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究抗瘾健口服液的一般药理作用、药效学及毒性作用。方法:应用光导管测大小鼠自发活动。用多导仪、多用生理电信号分析仪测血压、心率呼吸参数变化。以扭体法和热板法测定镇痛效果。观察该药对纳洛酮促吗啡依赖小鼠戒断症状抑制作用,用纳洛酮催促给予该药后小鼠戒断症状试验。用灌胃给药测小鼠急性毒性作用、大鼠长期毒性作用。结果:抗瘾健口服液对大小鼠具有镇静、镇痛作用,能抑制其戒断症状,无成瘾性,对大鼠心率、血压、呼吸参数无明显影响。结论:该药对吗啡依赖性小鼠戒断综合症抑制作用明显,无明显毒副作用。Objective: To study the general pharmacological action, pharmacodynamics and toxicity of an oral liquor: KANGYINJIAN. Methods: Utilizing light guide to monitor the unmeditated activities of rat and mouse. using physiological polygraph and multi-purpose physiological electric signal analyzer to measure blood pressure, heart rate and respiration changes. With writhing method and hot plate procedure to measure the antalgic effect, observing the challenge effect of naloxone against the abstinence symptoms of morphia dependent mouse. With naloxone to hasten the mouse of the test of abstinence symptoms. By medicine clystering to measure the toxicity effect to mouse and long term toxicity to rat. Results: KANGYINJIAN had calm and antalgic effect to mouse, it could restrain its abstinence symptoms, and was non addictive. It had no obvious effect to the heart rate, blood pressure and respiration of rats. Conclusion: The medicine has efficient restraint to the abstinence syndrome of morphia dependent mouse, and has no obvious toxicity and side-effects.
