摘　　要：为了使全球性国际人权文件所规定的人权保护内容得以有效实现,美洲和非洲都立足于本区域的实际情况,以相关国际人权文件为蓝本制定了各具特色的区域性人权文件,先后建立了比较系统的区域性人权保护制度,主要包括个人申诉制度、国家指控制度以及国家报告制度。Based on the local and regional situation and related international human right documents, to realize the human right protection of global international human right document, both America and Africa draw up characteristic regional human rights document, and successively set up relatively systematic regional human right protection system, mainly including a national accusing system, an individual appeal system and a national report system.
