摘　　要：企业提高党的执政能力建设,就是要提高企业党组织领导经济发展的能力。企业党的执政能力建设的宗旨是提高企业竞争力,而企业党的执政能力建设的实质是提高职工的职业技能素质,提高劳动生产率,提高产品质量,不断开发具有自我知识产权的新产品,特别是不断将科技成果转化为现实的生产力;企业党的执政能力建设必须贯穿落实于科学发展观。The purpose of the construction of the Party's governing ability in enterprises is to improve the competitive ability of enterprises, and the essence is to improve the professional skill quality of all personnel, to enhance the rate of production and the quality of products, and to develop constantly new products with own intelligent property, especially, to change scientific and technological fruits into realistic productive force. The construction of the Party's governing ability in enterprises must be guided by scientific development outlook throughout the whole course.
