NBA的成功模式对我国体育产业的启示

摘　　要：NBA的成功主要得益于三个因素,即以高效的工资机制和竞争机制等所形成的高效的市场机制;以有竞争力的经营管理团队、人力资源管理、内部管理制度建设等形成的市场主体;由完善的政策法规所形成的优良的市场环境。相比较而言,我国体育产业发展存在很多问题。建议结合实际和NBA的成功经验实施有效革新。NBA′s succession is attributed to three aspects. They are effective market mechanism from effective wage mechanism and competition mechanism;market main-body from competitive running team, human resource management,internal management system building, etc; nice market environment from good policies and laws. Comparatively, there are some issues to develop our P.E. industry of China.The paper advises to implement innovation combined with our reality and NBA′s successful experience.
