摘　　要：基于混沌理论研究了公司的战略。介绍了混沌理论,包括混沌的定义、特征及判定方法;分析了公司的复杂系统特征,如突变与不可预测性、自组织性、均衡是死亡的急先锋、趋向混沌的边缘等,这些特征对管理者制定公司的战略具有指导性作用;提出研究了基于混沌理论的公司战略。This paper studies the strategy of corporation based on chaos theory. It introduces chaos theory,including the definition,characteristics and determining method of chaos.It then analyses the characteristics of complicated corporation system,for example,mutation and unpredictability,self-organizing,equilibrium as a precursor to death,moving toward the edge of chaos,etc.These characteristics are instructive to the managers when they make strategic corporation plans.It studies the corporation strategy based on chaos theory.
