排毒益心汤治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的研究

摘　　要：目的观察排毒益心汤治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将60例急性轻、中度病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例给予排毒益心汤,对照组30例给予能量合剂,2组疗程均为4周。结果排毒益心汤在改善患者临床症状、纠正异常心电图、降低血清心肌酶、改善左心室功能状态等方面优于对照组。结论排毒益心汤是治疗轻、中度急性病毒性心肌炎的有效方药。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Paidu Yixin Decoction (PDYXD) on acute viral myocarditis (AVM). Methods 60 patients with AVM which were lower grade and medium were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in treatment group were given PDYXD, others 30 cases in control group were given energy misture. Both the courses of treatment were four weeks. Results PDYXD were more effective than energy misture in improving clinical symptom, correcting the abnormal ECG, lowering the serum level of myocardial enzymes, improving the function of left ventricle. Conclusion PDYXD is an effective drug in treating AVM which is lower grade and medium.
