摘  要:目的探讨红芪水提液对糖皮质激素性骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢的影响。方法48只3月龄清洁级雄性SD大鼠,随机分为三组:模型组、实验组、对照组,每组16只。模型组用醋酸泼尼松灌胃(4.5mg/kg·d-1),实验组用酯酸泼尼松灌胃同时加用红芪水提液灌胃(5g/kg·d-1),分别于第8周和第13周测量血Ca、血P、血ALP和尿Ca、尿P、尿Hop的浓度。结果第8周和第13周,模型组与对照组比较尿Ca、Hop显著升高,血ALP显著降低(P均<0.01);实验组与模型组比较尿Ca、Hop显著降低,血ALP显著升高(P均<0.01)。结论红芪水提液能拮抗醋酸泼尼松引起的骨代谢紊乱。Objective To study the effect of Hedysarum Polybotrys on bone metabolism in rats with glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis. Methods Forty-eight male cleaning Spague-Dawley rats ages 3 months were randomly allocated to three groups: the control group, the model group and the experimental group, 16 rats in each group. The control group was given normal saline orally, the model group was taken prednisone acetate (4.5mg/kg·d -1) and the experimental group was given prednisone acetate (4.5mg/kg·d -1) combined with Hedysarum Polybotrys (5g/kg·d -1). In the 8th and the 13th weeks, the concentrations of serum calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and urinary Ca, P, and hydroxyproline (HOP) were measured, respectively. Results In the 8th and the 13th weeks, the concentration levels of urinary Ca, Hop in the model group increased significantly, while serum ALP decreased significantly, in comparison to those in the control group, there was statistically significant difference (all P<0.01). And in the experimental group, the urinary Ca and Hop decreased significantly, while serum ALP elevated significantly (all P<0.01), in comparison to those in the model group, there were statistically significant difference (all P<0.01). Conclusion Hedysarum Polybotrys can prevent the disorder of bone metabolism caused by prednisone acetate.
