摘　　要：就非对称式三辊弯板机板材滚弯成形时的几何参数展开计算,利用板材弹复前后曲率半径间的关系,在理论的基础上提出了把上辊进给量与板材成形曲率半径间的指数函数关系作为非对称式三辊弯板机卷板数学模型的观念,并就该数学模型的实践应用开展了研究.When the plate is bended on the asymmetric three roll bender the geometry parameters are calculated. With the relation between curve radius before the plate is relapsed and curve radius after the plate is relapsed, on the theory basis we expound a concept to regard the exponent relation between the descent of upper unit and curve radius as a maths model of asymmetric three roll bender, and carry out research on its application.
