摘　　要：目的:探讨通脉颗粒中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法。以C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水(28∶72)为流动相,检测波长为250nm。结果:葛根素在0.152～1.520μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系,加样回收率为99.36%,RSD=0.82%。结论:HPLC法快速、准确、重现性好,可用于通脉颗粒的质量控制。Objective:To determine the content of puerain in Tongmai granules.Metho ds:HPLC method was adopted and a C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used.The m obile phase was methanol-water (28 ∶72).The detection wavelength was at 250 nm. Results:The calibration curve of puerain was linear in the range of 0.152～1.52 0 μg (r=0.999 9),the average of recovery was 99.36%,RSD=0.82%. Conclusion:The m ethods is quick and accurate with good repeatability and can be used for quality control of Tongmai granule.
