高效液相色谱法测定心可舒片中葛根素和丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量

摘　　要：目的:测定心可舒片中葛根素和丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法),色谱柱用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(84∶16),流速为1.0mL/min,波长为250nm。结果:葛根素和丹参酮ⅡA分别在0.0021～0.0063mg/L,0.0020～0.0060mg/L范围内线性关系良好,r值分别为0.9999和0.9998,平均加样回收率分别为97.1%和97.0%。结论:HPLC法操作简便、易行,可有效地控制制剂的质量。Objective:To determine the contents of puerarin and tanshinoneⅡA in X inkeshu tablets by HPLC simultaneously.Methods:HPLC C18 column was used,with met hanol-water(85 ∶15) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the wa velength was 250 nm. Results:There was good linear relationship at the ranges of 0.002 1～0.006 3 mg/L(r=0.999 9) and 0.002 0～0.006 0 mg/L (r=0.999 8) for puer arin and tanshinoneⅡA respectively.The average recovery rates of puerarin and t anshinone ⅡA were 97.1% and 97.0%,respectively. Conclusion:This method is simpl e,accurate,effective and suitable for the quality control of Xinkeshu tablets.
