摘　　要：目的:快速鉴别黄芪及其伪品的种子。方法:采用理化、薄层色谱、紫外光谱的方法鉴别。结果:黄芪及其伪品的种子的理化现象、薄层色谱及紫外光谱均有差异。结论:三种方法准确、快速、简便、重复性好,可用于黄芪及其伪品的种子鉴别。Objective:To identify seeds of Huangqi and its adulterants.Methods:To i dentify with physical-chemical process,TLC and UV spectrophotometry.Results:Huan gqi and its adulterants can be identified by physical-chemical process,TLC and U V spectrophotometry.Conclusion:These methods are accurate,fast,simple and with a good reproducibility and can be used for identification of seeds of Huangqi and its adulterants.
