摘　　要：利率是国家进行宏观调控的重要经济杠杆,对经济的发展有着极为重要的影响。我国改革开放以来,利率频繁调整,在不同的经济发展阶段,发挥着不同的作用。本文从历年来利率水平调整情况入手,分四个阶段分析利率发挥作用的方式及其对宏观经济调控的影响。The interest rate is the important tool to regulate the macro-economic. It becomes the points that the government authorities and other social circles pay close attention to. To study the interest rate changing is obviously significant. From 1979, the interest rate changed many times. The interest rate changing is divided into four stages in order to research this problem. In different economic stage, the way that the interest rate affects the macro-economic is various. This article analyzes the way and results that the interest rate affects on the micro-economic.
