摘　　要：<祖堂集>是现存最古的禅宗灯录体著作,是研究唐五代汉语语音、词汇、语法的珍贵资料."著"和"好"是<祖堂集>中极有特点的表祈使语气的句末语气词.本文在共时描写和历时分析的基础上,指出<祖堂集>句末的"著"和"好"是在特定的句法格式中虚化而成的,它们都经历了一个语法化的过程.As the most ancient work of Zen quotations, Zu Tang Ji is generally deemed as the work for the linguistic study of Chinese in the Tang and the Five dynasties. On the basis of careful investigation, we analyze the synchronic and diachronic states of the modal words:'着”、“好”which can express a wish in a clause. They all have a history of grammaticalization which have happened in a specific modality.
