摘 要:尤曼桉是近年从澳大利亚引种的提取芦丁的原料树种。本文采用分光光度法测定了尤曼桉树枝上不同生长阶段叶片及其树皮中的芦丁含量;并与柠檬桉、本地的大叶桉进行了比较;初步探讨了干燥温度和干燥时间对芦丁含量测定的影响。结果表明:引种的尤曼桉叶片中芦丁的含量在5%~17%之间,叶龄越短,芦丁含量越高;尤曼桉不同单株的叶片平均芦丁含量差异较明显;树皮中的芦丁含量极低,多低于1%;原料处理时干燥温度越高,芦丁含量越低;在60℃下,5h以内,干燥时间对芦丁含量影响较小。The Eucalyptus youmanii is the raw material variety of the abstraction rutin introduced from Australia in recent years. The rutin content of leaf with different growing stage at the Eucalyptus youmanii branch and the bark is determined by spectrophotometric method, also compared with eucalyptus Citrodora and local Eucalyptus robusta. The influence determined to the content with dry temperature and dry time is researched in this paper. The result indicates: the rutin content of Eucalyptus youmanii is from 5%~17%. The shorter the age of the leaf is, the higher the content of rutin is. There is obvious discrepancy of average rutin content among different trees. But the rutin content of its bark is extremely low, only under for 1%. The higher drying temperature is, the lower the content of rutin is. The drying time is of relatively small influence on rutin content within 5 hours when drying temperature is 60 degree.
