乳房固定结构的解剖

摘　　要：目的:进一步认识乳房的固定结构及乳房后间隙的形态与大小。方法:对6具新鲜尸体共12个乳房进行大体和显微解剖,典型部位行组织切片,观察乳房固定结构与乳房后间隙。结果与结论:在成人女性乳腺基底边缘有一周致密的结缔组织纤维,连于乳腺周缘的皮肤和胸肌筋膜以及浅筋膜浅深两层的融合处,作者称其为乳腺周缘韧带。此外,乳腺浅筋膜深层纤维疏松并含脂肪,乳腺深面的Cooper韧带穿经此层,并将其分隔为许多小房,这些小房构成的疏松间隙为乳房后间隙。Cooper韧带穿浅筋膜把乳腺固定于皮肤与胸肌筋膜,且有部分乳腺周缘韧带加入浅筋膜浅深两层融合处。乳腺周缘韧带对乳房形态及乳房后间隙大小影响极大。Aim: To further explore breast fixtures and the shape and size of retromammary cellular space. Methods: Twelve breasts of 6 fresh female corpses were dissected and sliced the typical locations,and the retromammary cellular space and the breast fixtures were observed. Results and Conclusion: There was connective tissue called surrounding breast ligament,which linked the skin surrounding breast with the pectoralis fascia and the combinations of the superficial layer and the deep layer of the superficial fascia around the mammary fundus of the adult female. The loose connective tissue and adipose tissue below the deep layer of the superficial fascia of the breast were divided into a lot of small spaces by Cooper ligament. The loose small spaces were called retromammary cellular space. Cooper ligament passed the superficial fascia and fixed the mammary gland between the skin and the pectoralis fascia. Some surrounding breast ligaments joined in the combinations of the superficial layer and the deep layer of the superficial fascia . The surrounding breast ligament affected greatly the breast shape and the size of the retromammary cellular space.
