河南省丝虫病净化监测结果与分析

摘　　要：目的:分析河南省从基本消灭丝虫病至完全消灭丝虫病阶段的净化监测结果。方法:采取病原学、蚊媒学监测方法,对丝虫病流行区各县每年轮流实施横向监测和对6个省级监测点连续进行纵向监测;同时采取慢性丝虫病患者调查、流动人监测及海群生净化治疗。结果:净化监测阶段病原学横向监测共血检993027人次,检出残存微丝蚴血症者201人,微丝蚴率0.020%。1991年以后全省未再检出微丝蚴血症者。1988年至1994年6个纵向监测点,人群血检30520人次;第1a共血检8275人,检出微丝蚴血症者8人,微丝蚴率0.097%;1992年以后残存微丝蚴血症者全部阴转,蚊媒监测未再发现幼丝虫阳性蚊。净化监测阶段共治疗14806345人,其中对象治疗289720人,全民服药438765人,全民服海群生药盐14077860人。流动人口监测未发现微丝蚴血症者。结论:净化监测是消灭丝虫病后期的重要防治措施。Aim: To clarify the residual infectious source of filariasis by means of clarification-surveillance. Methods: Etiological and entomological methods were applied for the cross-sectional surveillance in all of filarial endemic counties in turn annually and for the consecutive longitudinal surveillance in 6 provincial surveillance sites. Results: As to cross-sectional surveillance, totally 993 027 person-time blood examinations were conducted, among them, 201 were found microfilarial positive. The average microfilaria rate was 0.020%. The last microfilaremia cases was found in year 1991. The consecutive longitudinal surveillance in 6 selected sites was performed from year 1988 to 1994 and in which totally 30 520 person-time blood examinations were conducted. Eight microfilaremic patients were detected out in the first year. No human microfilaria positive and no filarial larval positive mosquitos were found since 1992. In total, 14 806 345 person-time treatments had been administered, which consisted of 289 720 microfilaremic patients treated with DEC fortified table salt(diethylcarbamazine), 438 765 person GAAB2 time massly treated with DEC, and 14 077 860 person-time massly treated with DEC salt. Conclusion: Clarification surveillance is of great importance at the late stage of 'basic elimination of filariasis'.
