摘　　要：通过对2003年广东省第六届大学生运动会田径赛中获得甲、乙组团体成绩前八名的11所高等院校的高水平田径运动队教练员的基本情况、业务能力等方面进行调查、统计与分析,总结出当前广东省高等院校高水平田径运动队教练员队伍中存在的有利与不利因素。Though the questionnaire,statistics and analysis the resumes and training ability of coaches in top-level track and field sports teams of universities in Guangdong province,the paper draws the conclusions of the factors in coaches in top-level track and field sports teams of universities.It will supply reference for reforms of universities'sports.
