摘  要:目的探讨器官移植术后细菌感染产超广谱β内酰胺酶的病原菌分布情况及其耐药特性。方法对84例阳性标本按NCCL标准筛选后,进行纸片扩散法确定试验,并选用19种抗生素作敏感试验。结果从分离鉴定出的84株革兰阴性杆菌,超广谱β内酰胺酶的检出率为28.57%(24/84)。产超广谱β内酰胺酶的菌株对19种常用的抗菌药物的耐药性明显高于非产超广谱β内酰胺酶菌株。结论对分离鉴定出来的革兰阴性杆菌应及时进行超广谱β内酰胺酶检测,其结果对指导临床合理、有效地使用抗生素,控制器官移植术后的细菌感染十分重要。Objective To investigate the distribution and antimicrobial resistant characteristics of extended-spectrum of β-lactamase(ESBL) -producing bacteria infection after organ transplantation. Methods 84 gram-negative bacilli isolates were analyzed by NCCL standard method. The ESBL-producing characterization was confirmed by disk diffusion method. Antimicrobial susceptibilities of the strains were also determined. Results The positive rate of ESBL phenotype detection was 28.57% (24/84).Extended-spectrum β-lactamase-producing strains had higher resistance to antimicrobial agents than non-ESBL-producing strains. Conclusion Identification and characterization of the extended-spectrum β-lactamase-producing strains in bacteria infection after organ transplantation can provide the reference for the selection of antimicrobial agents for treatment of infection.
