血小板单采术、羟基脲、α-干扰素联合治疗原发性血小板增多症临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察血小板单采术联合羟基脲和α-干扰素治疗原发性血小板增多症(PT)的疗效。方法50例患者确诊后行血小板单采术,同时给予羟基脲和α-干扰素联合治疗。结果血小板单采术后,血小板数显著下降,症状改善。加用羟基脲和α-干扰素联合治疗,血小板数稳定,病情继续缓解。结论联合治疗疗效好、起效快,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined treatment with plateletphoresis, hydrea and alpha-interferon for primary thrombocythemia. Method SO patients with PT were treated with plateletphoresis, hydrea and alpha-interferon. Results, After the plateletphoresis, platelet count decreased progressively and with improvement. With additional treatment of hydrea and alpha-interferon, the platelet count was stable and continuous improvement. Conclusion The combined therapy is effective, quick and should be generally applied in clinic.
