摘  要:目的阐明青蒿琥酯治疗对约氏疟原虫感染小鼠特异性免疫建立的影响。方法DBA/2和BALB/c小鼠经腹腔感染约氏疟原虫后均分为三组:感染后未治疗组、感染第3天和第6天青蒿琥酯治疗组。初次感染痊愈后30天用同种疟原虫再次感染,再感染疟原虫清除后30天进行第三次感染,观察每次感染后小鼠原虫血症水平和对重复感染的特异性抵抗能力。结果未治疗的自然自愈组和不同时间治疗组的DBA/2小鼠,其再次感染的感染率、原虫血症水平基本相同,第三次感染均未见疟原虫感染的红细胞;除非治疗组BALB/c小鼠于初次感染早期死亡外,不同时间治疗组的BALB/c小鼠再次感染的感染率与虫体血症水平、第三次感染情况与各组DBA/2小鼠也无差异。结论对于约氏疟原虫初次感染免疫应答能力不同的DBA/2和BALB/c小鼠,青蒿琥酯根治性治疗不影响其特异性免疫的建立和免疫记忆性的维持。To investigate the effect of artesunate treatment on the acquisition of specific immunity of mice infected with Plasmodium yoelii, DBA/2 and BALB/c mice were infected intraperitoneally with erythrocytes parasited with Plasmodium yoelii. There were three groups each, one group was infected without treatment, the other two groups were treated by artesunate on day 3 and day 6 postinfection respectively. Thirty days after a salfresolved or cured primary infection, they were reinfected and 30 days after reinfection was resolved they were infected for the third course.The level of parasitemia and resistance following infections were observed. Except the death of BALB/c mice infected without treatment during early infection, there was no difference in the rate of infection and the level of parasitemia in the secondary infection among DBA/2 mice untreated or treated on different times. They all resisted the third infection. As BALB/c mice treated at different time the rate of infection and the level of parasitemia in the secondary infection and their resistance to the third infection were alike with those of DBA/2 mice. To DBA/2 mice and BALB/c mice, whose immune response to primary infection with Plasmodium yoelii were different, artesunate could not influence the acquisition of specific immunity and the maintenance of memory immunity.
