摘 要:目的观察弓形虫急性感染雄性小鼠后对其生育能力的影响。方法实验组雄鼠急性感染弓形虫后和对照组雄鼠同时与性成熟雌鼠分笼配对饲养,观察其受孕、产仔情况及仔鼠的身长、体重情况。取雄鼠生殖器官及丘脑作病理切片,观察弓形虫感染后对雄鼠睾丸、附睾、输精管、前列腺及生殖中枢所致病理变化。结果急性感染弓形虫的雄鼠配对平均产仔鼠数为10只,对照组平均产仔鼠数为15只,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组仔鼠身长、体重差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。病理学检查实验组雄鼠睾丸、附睾、输精管、前列腺、丘脑均出现明显病变,睾丸中仅见初级、次级精母细胞,少见或不见成熟精子。附睾管中精子明显少于正常鼠。输精管正常结构改变。结论弓形虫急性感染雄性小鼠可致生殖系统明显病变。成熟精子减少或无精,导致雄性不育。To observe the effect of acute infection with Toxoplasm on male mice.Male mice with acute infection with Toxoplasm and control group were kept in separate cages with mature female mice and pregnancy, offspring and offspring's length, weight were observed. Samples of reproductive organs and thalamus of male mice were taken for observation of pathological changes of the testicles,epididymis,vas deferens, prostate and reproductive nervous center of mice after the infection. The average number of offspring from females mated with males infected with Toxoplasm was ten, that of control was 15, the difference was significant (P<0.05) ; the length and weight of offspring from two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). The pathological observation found obvious changes in testicles, epididymis,vas deferens, prostate and thalamus of male mice, Only primary stage and sub-sperm cells were found in the testicles of infected males; few or no mature sperms were found. There were fewer sperms in epididymis vas of infected males than that of normal males. Acute infection with Toxoplasm caused obvious pathological changes in males; it caused decrease or no production of mature sperms and thus infertility.
