摘  要:目的探讨切除双侧卵巢对大鼠肾上腺网状带结构的影响。方法20只SD大鼠随机分为模型组和对照组。模型组切除双侧卵巢,对照组不予任何处理。90d后处死两组大鼠,取出肾上腺常规处理后,进行光镜和电镜观察;通过目镜测微尺测量两组皮质网状带厚度并进行比较。结果与对照组相比,模型组的网状带细胞变大,细胞核增大且常染色质增多。线粒体、滑面内质网也较对照组发达。模型组的网状带明显厚于对照组(P<0.05)。结论切除双侧卵巢可致肾上腺皮质网状带增生和功能增强。Objective To study the effect of bilateral ovariectomy on the structure of the zona1 reticularis of the adrenal cortex of the rats.Methods Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, the model group was treated with ovariectomy, and the control group was performed without any treatment. Ninety days later, the rats in both groups were sacrificed. The structure of the zona reticularis of the rats in both groups were observed with light and electron microscope and the thickness of the zona reticularis were measured. Results The zona reticularis in model group was significantly thicker than that in control group and the cells of the zona reticularis in model group contain more smooth endoplasmic reticula and mitochondrion,which were much well-developed than that in control group.Conclusion Bilateral ovariectomy can cause hyperplasia and hyperfunctioning of the zona reticularis in rats.
