联合应用丙种球蛋白和麻疹减毒活疫苗佐治紫癜性肾炎30例

摘　　要：目的观察联合应用静脉注射丙种球蛋白(IVIG)和肌肉注射麻疹减毒活疫苗佐治紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)的效果。方法对照组给予常规控制感染、脱敏、糖皮质激素、抗凝、饮食调整等治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予IVIG麻疹减毒活疫苗治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组紫癜消失时间、肉眼血尿消失时间、镜下血尿消失时间、尿蛋白转阴时间均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论联合应用丙种球蛋白和麻疹减毒活疫苗佐治HSPN效果好,能缩短紫癜消失时间、肉眼血尿消失时间、镜下血尿消失时间、尿蛋白转阴时间。Objective To observe the effect of combining intravenous injection of globulin and intramuscular injection of live attenuated measles virus vaccine to cure Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.Methods Control group were given with commen controlling injection, desensitization, glucocorticoid hormone, anticoagulation and adjustment of diet, etc treatment, and treatment group were given with treatment of live attenuated measles virus vaccine on the basis of comparision group. Results The total rates of treatment group was apprantly higher than that of contrast group( P<0.05).There were clear differences between two groups' disappearing time of purpuras, macroscopic hematuria, microscopic hematuria and the time of urinary protein turning negative(P<0.05).Conclusion It can shorten the disppearing time of purpuras,macroscopic hematuria, microscopic hematuria and the time of urinary protein turning negative to combine intravenous injection of globulin and muscles injection of live attenuated measles virus vaccine to cure Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.
