头颅骨膜下血肿骨化的影像学诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨头颅骨膜下血肿骨化的影像学特征。方法41例头颅骨膜下血肿骨化全部摄取X线平片,CT扫描7例。结果41例头颅骨膜下血肿骨化全部位于顶骨,单侧39例,双侧2例,共43个血肿。血肿范围:43个血肿均不超越颅缝。血肿边缘:38个呈弧形条状和(或)带状骨化,5个呈不规则形或断续性骨化;血肿内部:27个可见骨性间隔和(或)不规则形高密度影,16个呈均匀机化后改变。结论头颅骨膜下血肿骨化呈弧状或壳状钙化,紧贴颅外板,不跨越颅缝。Objective To evaluate the imaging features of subperiosteal hematoma ossification of the skulls periosteum.Methods X-ray plain films were taken for all 41 subjects with subperiosteal hematoma ossification of the skull,CT for 7 subjects.Results There were 43 subperiosteal hematomas ossification of the skulls in the 41 cases,all were located on parietal bone including 39 located unilaterally and 2 bilaterally?The swollen range in 43 hematomas all does not overstep the cranial sutures,the swollen edge in 38 hematomas as shell like or hill like calcified shadows, erose form or interrupt ossifies in the 5 cases;hematoma inner it is obvious that spacing of bone or/ and the reconciliation abnormity ties the form high definition image has 27 and 16 report the even kinase turns the changes.Conclusion Imaging findings of subperiosteal hematoma ossification of the skulls manifested as shell like or hill like calcified shadows,the subperiosteal hematoma ossification closed to skull and did not cross the sultures.
