鼻内镜下鼻中隔粘膜下矫正术24例

摘　　要：目的探讨未成年人鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的可行性。方法对24例未成年人鼻中隔偏曲患者施行鼻内镜下鼻中隔粘膜下矫正术。结果24例术后随访18个月,治愈率95.83%,总有效率100%。全部病例鼻中隔矫正基本平直,未发生鼻梁凹陷、偏斜、鼻腔粘连、鼻中隔穿孔、血肿等并发症。结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔粘膜下矫正术是治疗未成年人鼻中隔偏曲的有效方法。合理选择适应症和手术方法是未成年人鼻中隔偏曲矫正术成功的关键。Objective To investigate the operative feasibility of unadult with deviation of nasal septum(DNS).Methods Twenty-four patients were performed with submucosae orthosis undernasal endoscopy.Results Twenty-four cases were followed-up for 1.5 years postoperatively, the curative rate was 95.83% and the total effective rate reached 100%.All patients were basically rectified plainly,no one had the complications of depression of nasal bridge, deformation of nose, blocking and perforation of nasal septum. Conclusion Submucous correction of nasal septum under nasal endoscopy is an effective method to cure unadults with DNS. Choosing adaptive indication and operative way reasonably is the key for the success of correction of deviation of nasal septum.
