摘  要:目的比较观察不同地域的二倍体型卫氏并殖吸虫的生化特点。方法应用浓度梯度聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板状电泳(CGPAGSE)和美国BioRedGelDoc2000凝胶成像分析系统对湖南、江西两地卫氏并殖吸虫成虫酯酶(EST)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和蛋白质(PT)进行检测。结果两地虫株的EST几乎一致,MDH、LDH的酶带数、相对迁移率接近一致,仅见酶带蛋白含量及等级区带存在一定差异;ALP的酶带数、相对迁移率稍有差异,而酶带蛋白含量及等级区带的差别较明显;PT的蛋白带数目、相对迁移率、等级区带基本一致,而区带蛋白含量存在较明显差别。结论湖南、江西两地二倍体型卫氏并殖吸虫的同工酶及蛋白质呈多态特征,提示存在型内分化及不同生物型的可能性。Objective To observe and contrast the biochemical features of the diploid Paragonimus westermani in different geographic districts. Methods The P. westermani adults came from two regions, Hunan and Jiangxi Province of China. The concentration gradient polyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis(CGPAGSE) and America BioRed Gel Doc 2000 Quantity one gel image analysis system were used to detect and analyze the esterase(EST), malate dehydrogenase(MDH), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and general progeins(PT) of P. westermani. Results The fluke EST of P. westermani from two regions was almost identity. The band number and relative mobility of the MDH and LDH were close to identical, though the protein content and the grade of bands had some differences. Some discriminations were detected in band number and relative mobility of ALP, and the more differences were inspected in it's protein content and grade band also. The band number, ralative mobility and band grade of fluke's PT were alike except for the protein content, which has obvious differences. Conclusion The patterns of isoenzymes and proteins of diploid P. westermani in Hunan and Jiangxi show polymorphism. It is possible that both intratype differentiation develop and there are different biological types in diploid.
