桂麻合方中方与方间抗过敏关系的药效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨桂麻合方中方与方间在抗过敏作用方面的协同与拮抗关系。方法:通过对桂枝汤、麻黄汤、桂枝麻黄各半汤、桂枝二麻黄一汤的抗过敏药效学观察,揭示桂麻合方中方与方间存在着功效的相加、协同或拮抗。结果:桂麻合方中各方对尾静脉注射低分子右旋糖酐致昆明种小鼠皮肤瘙痒反应及SD大鼠PCA有明显的抗过敏作用,与桂枝汤及麻黄汤比较,桂枝麻黄各半先煎后合组、桂枝麻黄各半先合后煎组、桂枝二麻黄—先煎后合组、桂枝二麻黄—先合后煎组,从趋势上看为协同作用。结论:桂麻方中方与方间有协同或拮抗关系的存在,其存在原因和两方的相合方法与相合比例有关。Objective:To discuss the synergism and antagonism of inter-decoctions of Gui-Ma Integrated Decoction in aspect of anti-hypersensitivity.Methods:By observing the anti-allergic effects of Guizhi decoction, Mahuang decoction, Guizhi-Mahuang half and half decoction,2-unit Guizhi and 1-unit Mahuang Decoction, to demonstrate the effect-adding, synergism and antagonism exist in the inter-decoctions of the Gui-Ma Integrated Dcoction.Results:In the tests of Kunming mouse pruritus skin response which is induced by low molecular dextrose administrated by caudal vein injection and SD rats PCA, each decoction in the Gui-Ma Integrated Decoction show obvious anti-hypersensitivity. To compare with Guizhi decoction and Mahuang decoction, there is a trend of synergism in the groups of half Guizhi and half Mahuang decocted previously and then integrated, half Guizhi and half Mahaung integrated previously and then decocted, 2-unit Guizhi and 1-unit Mahuang decocted previously and then integrated decoction and 2-unit Guizhi and 1-unit Mahuang integrated previously and then decocted.Conclusion:There are synergisms and antagonisms in the inter-decoctions of Gui-Ma Integrated Decoction.The reason for this is related to the integrating methods and proportion.
