天灸对哮喘大鼠血清IgE的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究天灸对哮喘大鼠血清中IgE的影响及观察肺组织病理组织结构变化。方法:70只雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、天灸潜伏期治疗组、天灸发作期治疗组、电针潜伏期治疗组、电针发作期治疗组、西药组。哮喘模型制备用卵白蛋白(OVA)致敏大鼠并雾化吸入刺激。血清IgE采用ELISA法检测,肺组织病理切片行HE染色。结果:模型组肺组织切片HE染色显示有较多炎症细胞浸润,杯状细胞增生明显,平滑肌增厚。血清IgE较正常组明显增高,两组比较差异明显(P<0.01)。天灸组肺组织病理切片HE染色见支气管壁炎症细胞浸润明显减少,无大量杯状细胞增生,血清IgE检测较模型组明显减低,两组比较差异明显(P<0.01)。结论:血清IgE可能参与哮喘的发生,天灸对其有一定的治疗作用。Objective:To investigate Tianjiu influence to serum IgE of asthma rats,observe pathology organization structure variety of lung of asthma rats treated by Tianjiu.Methods: 70 male rats were divided into seven groups randomly,the normal group, model group,Tianjiu-treated group in incubation period,Tianjiu-treated group in action period,the electric needle-treated group in incubation period,the electric needle-treated group in action period and west medicine group.The asthma model of rats were sensitized by ovalbumen(OVA)and incited with inhaling fog.The serum IgE content was examined by ELISA method,and the slice of lung changes were determined by histopathology under microscope.Results:The slice of model group lung pathology organization dyed by other methods showed that there were the more inflammatory cells soaked,the cup cells increased obviously, the smooth muscle increased thickly.The serum IgE of the model group was obviously higher than that of the normal group,and the two groups had obviously difference(P<0.01).The slice of Tianjiu-treated group lung pathology organiization stained by HE showed inflammatory cells of bronchus wall reduced obviously,without a great deal of cup cell being found.The serum IgE was notably lower than that of the model group,and the two groups had obviously difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Serum IgE maybe participates in occurring of asthma. Tianjiu has some special treatment effect to asthma.
