摘 要:目的:半枝莲化学成分的研究。方法:利用硅胶柱层析,通过波谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:分离并鉴定了5个化合物:β谷甾醇(βsitosterol,Ⅰ)、对甲氧基桂皮酸(pmethoxycinnamicacid,Ⅱ)、β胡萝卜苷(βdaucosterol,Ⅲ)、scutellaricacid(Ⅳ)和scutebarbatineA(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅳ和Ⅴ结构较特别,含量较高,可以作为半枝莲生药及其颗粒剂质量控制的一个参考因素。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Scutellaria barbata.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified through repeated column chromatograghy on silica gel and structurally identified by spectral analysis.Results:Five compounds were identified as α-sitosterol(Ⅰ), p-methoxy-cinnamic acid(Ⅱ),β-daucosterol(Ⅲ),scutellaric acid(Ⅳ),scutebarbatine A(Ⅴ).Conclusion:Among these obtained compounds, compound Ⅳand Ⅴwith special structure and higher content maybe have some referenced value on the quality role of the material of Scutellaria barbata.
